  8.     The ruby was believed to now be in the hands of Nikoli Vloktor.  There
  9. were some wild stories that claimed that loyalists of Emporer Dozstyk had
  10. taken the ruby to a secret hiding place to keep such power from falling
  11. into the hands of Vloktor.  Evidentally those stories weren't as wild as
  12. they once seemed.
